Mali: the outgoing president and the leader of the opposition in the second round

 The outgoing president of Mali Ibrahim Boubacar   Keita is easily won the first round of presidential elections,   but will face in the second round the opposition leader, Soumaila   Cisse, as in 2013, according to results announced Thursday evening. In the first round held on 29 July, Mr. Keita, 73, arrived   in the lead with 1,333,813 votes, representing 41.42% of the vote, indicated the Minister of   Territorial Administration, Mohamed Ag Erlaf .  Since five years ago, he will find in the second round Soumaila Cisse, who   received 573,111 votes, or 17.80%, according to official results   provisional covering all the votes.
