The number of hospitalized suspected cases of cholera has decreased "significantly" in the last days with an average of six cases per day, indicated the Ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform, in a location point on Monday , September 03th.

The daily epidemiological monitoring of cholera cases shows that the epidemic is "circumscribed" at Blida, noting that only 10 patients remain hospitalized in Boufarik’s EPH and all the others were declared out after healing".

The health monitoring system set up by the Ministry since the beginning of the epidemic "remains in effect until the extinction of it" and health teams remain "mobilized and deployed in the field until the identification of the contamination source.
